Subscription orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Simply email rivergrovenutritionplus@proton.me and we'll take care of it.

Every order ships in curbside-recyclable paper mailers with no plastic peanuts or bubble wrap. Fragile items are cushioned with molded paper pulp. Our tubs are #2 HDPE (recyclable) and our pouches are TerraCycle-collectible.

Occasionally packages get roughed up. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email rivergrovenutritionplus@proton.me. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the damaged item.
