Rivergrove Nutrition started in 2021 in a Chino, California warehouse — the same one we still ship from today. After a decade counseling elite athletes and everyday clients, our founder was tired of recommending supplements he couldn't verify.

I spent fourteen years as a sports dietitian — first with a college athletics program, then in private practice, then briefly on the ground with Team USA. In that time I learned two things about the supplement industry.
First: the science of supplementation, when done properly, works. There are compounds and doses with strong clinical evidence that can genuinely improve health, performance, and recovery. Vitamin D. Creatine. Magnesium. EPA and DHA. Traceable, well-dosed multivitamins.
Second: almost no consumer product on the shelf reflects that science. Proprietary blends hide underdosing. Ingredient lists are half marketing. Third-party testing is claimed but rarely published. When I recommended a product to a client, I was recommending a black box.
